Great global stats for Facebook…

Huge shout out to Jean Lin, who passed along these latest statistics for Facebook’s growth around the globe.  We often get asked by global clients on whether Facebook is a relevant partner for Asia Pacific, and frankly, it really depends on the client.  

As we repeatedly explain, clients that consider SEA their power base should absolutely be utilizing Facebook; however any client that focuses primarily on the usual “big three” markets (China, Japan, Korea) should instead focus on partnering with the local players to be successful.  While Facebook is indeed growing in these markets, it has an incredibly long way to go before it becomes a solid contender for regional and global partnership dollars.
